What we use and why
We use your name, email, optional company and phone, selected topic and message to answer your enquiry, assess the scope and prepare a proposal. Please do not send identity documents, payment details or sensitive personal information through this form.
Basis and access
We process enquiries to take steps at your request before a possible contract and for our legitimate interests in running a secure enquiry service. Acknowledging this notice does not subscribe you to marketing. Relevant team members and hosting and email providers may process the information as needed. We do not sell enquiry data.
Retention
Ordinary enquiry correspondence is retained for up to 12 months after the enquiry is closed. Contract and accounting records follow their separate applicable requirements. Short-lived form rate-limit identifiers expire within 24 hours.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete your enquiry data and raise objections or questions using the email above. Requests are subject to applicable legal retention duties. You may also contact the data protection authority relevant to your location.

The enquiry form uses an essential session cookie for security. Fonts and imagery are served from this website. We do not add advertising tracking. External email or messaging links open services governed by their own policies.
